Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Tokheho Yepthomi has donated Rs.5,00,000/- (Five Lakh only) and also Dr. Longai Phom & wife Dr. Anungla Phom has donated Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) to Nagaland House Emergency Center Delhi, for providing rations and other emergency help to the stranded persons in Delhi and NCR areas.

Information from the state of Nagaland in connection with the Covid-19 the state emergency Operation Centre Control room COVID-19 Joint Secretary to the Government of Nagaland Hiazu Meru informed that the status of Covid-19 Cases tested 1405 and found Negative cases 1100 and positive were 04 and the tested result awaited 305. Further Hiazu Meru stated that person cured and death is nil so far.

Tseminyu Covid-19 quarantine committee held an emergency meeting on 25th May 2020 at GHSS building Tseminyu Town. The meeting discussed ideas about management of returnees in quarantine centres where various groups consists of NGOs/Volunteers, GBs and government officials have been set up including Reception and Liaison, Logistic and centres management, Medical, Security, Information and Publicity, Sanitation and Water supply, Electricity, Waste disposal and disinfection.

Deputy Commissioner Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS, notified that in supersession of the earlier office Order (No.GA/DEV/COVID-19/2020/564 dated 21st May 2020), sealing of Inter-State borders of Mon District with Assam lifted with immediate effect.
