Additional Deputy Commissioner, Noklak M. Chaitanya Prasad, IAS in an order issued on 3rd June 2020 stated that, as per Government of Nagaland SOP order dated 1st June 2020, all the persons entering Nagaland would undergo 14 days Institutional Quarantine at designated centres and after completion would have to undergo 14 days Home Quarantine.

DC Mon, Thavaseelan K. IAS reported that there have been instances where shop owners had charged certain fees while giving quotation to the beneficiaries desiring to avail loan under PMEGP scheme. He stated that such practices are in violation of the directives issued by the government.

In continuation of the Office Notification of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima No. DCK/CON/COVID-19/2020/Pt/440, Dated Kohima, the 20th May 2020, permit has been granted to the under mentioned Hotels for operation as Paid Quarantine Centres under Kohima Municipal Area, Kohima.

LOCAL MLAs HOLD MEETING AT TUENSANG
MLAs of Tuensang Sadar I & Sadar II, namely, Toyang Changkong Chang and Kejong Chang, respectively, convened a meeting in the office chamber of the Deputy Commissioner, Tuensang on June 2, 2020 to take stock of the preparedness level of the district with regard to the Corona pandemic. In continuation and partial modification to the Kohima Deputy Commissioner's Office Order in regard to Paid Quarantine Centres, a committee to oversee all matters relating to Paid Quarantine Centres under Kohima has been constituted with immediate effect with SDO(C) Sadar, Kohima Longasen Lotha as Convenor and members included Dy. CMO Kohima, Dr. Hoito Sema; EAC Sadar Kohima, I.
REPORT ON LAW & ORDER AND ESSENTIAL GOODS AND SERVICES
The report on Law & Order issued by the Principal Secretary, Home, Abhijit Sinha informed that 5 violations of the lock down have been reported and 8(Eight) persons were bound as on 2nd of June 2020. However, no incident of law & order has been reported in the State.
